  • Consumption of Ginger in the winter season is beneficial for health as it helps to warm up the body. People also enjoy Ginger tea which tastes good and you can get the benefits of Ginger.
  • To get relief from muscle pain, Ginger oil mixed with sesame oil used to apply on the particular body area of pain.  
  • Ginger poultice applied on burn helps to get relief from pain and irritation.
